Photo shoot day
Yesterday was another interesting day. I saw the surgeon about the port insertion. He wants to do it before I have any chemo because I will be at risk for infection with low blood counts after I have chemo.  He moved forward the appointment to October 20th on condition that my oncologist was OK with the chemo be delayed until after the 20th.
I was taking Bonnie to her appointment at the cancer agency so was able to check this out with the secretary.  It now looks like the chemo will start sometime in the week of October 20th. I counted up the weeks and this means I will be having chemo Christmas week. Oh well we will have to do a Christmas dinner the week before.
Bonnie looked good yesterday and said she is feeling better.
Tonight we have a photo shoot for the book cover, I am excited to be getting all dressed up and make on etc.
